This research was conducted starting from October 2019 until January 2020. The research method used was a survey method. The population in this study were all students of class XII at SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta, totaling 499 students. The sample used in this study was 202 students. Data on work readiness (Y), self-efficacy (X1), and career guidance (X2) are primary data using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is, first the analysis requirements test consisting of the normality test and the linearity test. The two classic assumption tests consist of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. The three multiple linear regression tests. The four hypothesis tests consisted of the F test and t test. The results of the F test are Fcount 149,399 > Ftable 3,04, which means that simultaneous X1 and X2 affect Y. T test yields tarithmetic 8,862 > ttable 1,971, so it can be concluded that there is an influence between X1 and Y. Then the t test produces tcount 7,621 > ttable 1,971 so it can be concluded that there is an influence between X2 and Y2. Based on the results of data analysis, the multiple regression equation Ỷ = 11,413+ 0,413 X1 + 0,282 X2. The test results of the coefficient of determination or r Square of 0.600, namely the effect between 1 and X2 of 60%, the remaining 40% is influenced by other factors not examined.
ER -
