The methode used in this research is quantitative method. The data analysis technique used in multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique is convenience sampling. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires.. . The result in this research is: 1) taxpayer awareness has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. 2) quality of service has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. 3) tax penalty does not effect on taxpayer compliance. As simultaneously of taxpayer awareness, quality of service, and tax penalty have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. The value of R square is 0,422, the meaning is taxpayer awareness, quality of service, and tax penalty have a effect of 42,2% on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle tax. While the remaining 57,8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.</p> ER -
